PSYCHED 3.1 is fortified with C and B group Vitamins along with Magnesium Citrate to support energy and reduce post-exercise fatigue.

SUGGESTED USE:
Beginners: Mix half scoop (7.25g) in 325mls of water and consume 15 minutes before exercise.
Advanced: Mix 1 scoop (14.5g) in 650mls of water and consume 15 minutes before intensive exercise. No more than 1 scoop daily.
