This really helps when I’m training multiple days in a row. Recovery feels faster and I don’t feel as sore the next morning. It’s not magic, but it definitely supports harder training weeks.

I mainly use this during cardio and HIIT sessions. It’s light, refreshing, and keeps me feeling hydrated. I knocked one star off because some flavours are a bit sweet, but overall it’s still a solid product.

I’ve tried a few BCAAs over the years and this is one of the few that actually mixes instantly and doesn’t upset my stomach. I usually sip it throughout my workout and feel less drained by the end of my session. Flavours are clean and not overpowering.
